I offer guidance as well as design services to homeowners. I can help you choose a reputable contractor, help you work with your local building officials and home owners association, and provide assistance when seemingly overwhelming issues arise during your project.
Contractors
I can offer guidance in code compliance, help you work through complex structural issues, provide design services for your customers, and suggest alternative solutions to unique challenges in building and remodeling to add value and save both you and your customers' time and money.
Realtors®
You don't know what you don't know. Structural concerns, foundation problems even ideas for an upgrade or remodel, I can help you provide "Peace of Mind" to your customers and clients.
Inspectors
The "International Building Code" can't cover all situations in all types of construction. You do your best to enforce public safety in application of the code. When this challenges homeowners' needs or contractors' judgement, they defer to an engineer. That's where I can help.
